Project Requirements
At the start of the project, the project was live with limited functionality and with a very minimal number of users with almost zero interactions. The client introduced me to this project in a very certain way with very specific requirements. Reference Provided by the Client: 360 Sports (Most Relevant), FotMob, CricBuzz, ESPN.
The requirements with the colors and the styling of the elements were affecting the project scope and creating boundaries towards the expansion of the project. The first challenge was to make the client understand the actual requirement of the project.
The Primary Requirement for me was to give the project a modern look.

Research
With my research, I reached the conclusion that there was not really any project I can refer to except 360 Sports. The same was only offering a mobile application at that time. The challenge was to build the homepage in such a way that we show most of the live feeds to the users whether registered or new users so that they get an idea of what the project is offering them.
As we had seven different sports on the website, we must get into the interest of the user so that we can show them the information according to their interest. This was the turning point for the project, here either the user will continue on the project or just go away.
After a discussion with the development team and the client, I proposed two separate solutions for the challenge we were facing.
1. Asking User What they really want to see by generating a pop-up on the homepage and saving the selection in the cache so that when the user came to the website next time will see the information from the selected sport.
2. Show them all the information with all the sports, the user needs to select the sports from the menu to see the information. In this way, we can show them all the options which were available on the website and let them choose every time they come to the project. But we can save their interests once they got registered on the website.
